Donald R. Gore, M.D.
Board
certified orthopaedic surgeon, attended the University of Illinois, Champaign
for his pre-medical education, and the University of Illinois, Chicago
for medical school. He completed his orthopaedic residency at the Medical
College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI, and has been providing orthopaedic
care in the Sheboygan area since 1968. Dr. Gore is a clinical professor
of orthopaedic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee,
and his scientific contributions number well over 50 and have been published
in many major orthopaedic journals. His areas of interest include adult
reconstructive surgery, cervical and lumbar spine surgery, and total joint
replacements. D. Scott Sellinger, M.D.
Board certified orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Sellinger is a past president of St. Nicholas
Hospital medical staff. He obtained his premedical education at the University
of Colorado, Boulder, and attended medical school at the University of
Wisconsin, Madison. Dr. Sellinger completed his orthopaedic residency
at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, Madison, WI, and
has been providing orthopaedic care in the Sheboygan area since 1978.
His areas of interest include arthroscopic surgery, general and sports-related
orthopaedics, joint replacement surgery, and spinal surgery. Kevin J. Gassner, M.D.
Board certified orthopaedic surgeon, attended University of
Wisconsin, Madison, for both his pre-medical and medical school education
and completed his orthopaedic residency at Duke University Medical Center,
Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Gassner has been providing orthopaedic care
in the Sheboygan area since 1986. His areas of interest include diagnosis
and treatment of spinal conditions, joint replacement surgery, fracture
management, and treatment of hand and feet conditions. Scott T. Glaeser, M.D.
Board certified orthopaedic surgeon, attended the University of Notre
Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana for his pre-medical education, and went on to
attend Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois for his medical training.
He completed his orthopaedic residency at the University of Wisconsin
Hospitals and Clinics, Madison, Wisconsin and went on to complete a knee
and sports medicine fellowship at the University of Notre Dame, Notre
Dame, Indiana. Dr. Glaeser then served as senior practicing orthopaedic
surgeon at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida and has been providing
orthopaedic care in the Sheboygan area since 1995. His areas of interest
include orthopaedic sports medicine and knee ligament reconstructive surgery. Bruce A. Van Dommelen, M.D.
Board
certified orthopaedic surgeon, serves as the current chairman of
St. Nicholas Hospital Department of Surgery. Dr. Van Dommelen obtained his pre-medical education at Calvin
College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. He attended Wayne State University, Detroit,
Michigan for his medical education and completed his orthopaedic residency
at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Van Dommelen went on to
complete a sports medicine fellowship at the University Hospital, London,
Ontario, Canada. He has been providing orthopaedic care in the Sheboygan area since 1987. His areas of interest
include knee ligament reconstructive surgery, specializing in hamstring ACL; total joint replacement, including
the minimally invasive hip and knee; operative and non-operative management of hand, foot, knee and shoulder
conditions; arthroscopic surgeries, specializing in arthroscopic shoulder surgery; and sports medicine.
