Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine

1998 brought about growth and change in SOA Physical Therapy. The physical therapy department at SOA merged with Lakeland Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre and plans were made for an addition to the Medical Arts Building to accommodate the combined staff and equipment. Having a location on site with the physician offices helps keep communications timely as well as makes coordinating appointments easier for our clients. The construction of the new spacious department was completed in July of 2000. It is located at the north end of the Medical Arts Building and is accessible from both Superior Avenue and Saemann Avenue.

SOA Physical Therapy has a complete team of professionals to serve the orthopaedic and sports related client. Our many services include rehabilitation of orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries.

Appointments and Location: SOA Physical Therapy is located on the main floor in the north end of the Medical Arts Building at 2920 Superior Ave. A canopy entrance with drop off drive is located at the north end entrance and parking is easily accessible when one enters from Saemann Avenue. Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a last appointment schedule time of 6:00 p.m. To make an appointment, please call 920-458-8707.

Facilities: There is a spacious rehabilitation gym full of natural light and a variety of state of the art exercise equipment to help you on your road to recovery. Changing and locker areas complete with handicap accessible showers allow you to work hard and still look your best when you're through. Spacious private rooms are available for examinations and treatments.

Meet our staff: The professional staff at SOA Physical Therapy provides a wealth of experience and diverse backgrounds. We have five licensed physical therapists, a physical therapist assistant (graduate of an accredited two year program), and a dedicated support staff of physical therapy aides and clerical staff.
