Faith Mentink, PTA
A Sheboygan county native, Faith has been on staff here at Sheboygan Orthopaedic Associates since 1992. She first served as a physical therapy aide here at SOA while attending the physical therapist assistant program through Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin where she graduated with her associates degree in 1993 with highest honors. This allowed Faith to expand her responsibilities at SOA. She is working toward becoming a clinical instructor for PTA students in the future.
She was active in several sports during high school, and continues to have an active lifestyle. Faith enjoys many outdoor activities including walking and water skiing. However, keeping up with her active young son is perhaps her most challenging and enjoyable activity. Feel free to speak to Faith about her favorite topic, NASCAR racing, while she makes you work toward your recovery. Just watch what you say about Jeff Gordon, as she is a big fan!
