Paul is a 1977 graduate of St. Norbert College, DePere, WI where he earned a bachelor of science degree with majors in biology and secondary education. After teaching for two years, he returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA for Physical Therapy Certification in 1981. A lifelong interest in health and fitness combined with the enjoyment of working with people drew Paul to the profession of physical therapy. Paul excelled in his participation in high school and collegiate athletics, (football, swimming & track), achieving several honors. His current passion in sports is golf, where he actively strives for excellence with regular swing modifications. Paul is also a Sheboygan county native. He has strong family ties to the community, and has worked in the eastern Wisconsin area all of his career. He has provided services in numerous settings including acute hospital care, long term care, and out-patient services. Due to his interest in orthopaedics, he pursued a position at SOA opening the physical therapy department in 1989. His areas of interest also include industrial rehabilitation. He currently acts as the liaison for SOA in outreach to local industries to assist in the management of work site injuries. His family activities certainly keep him on the go. As a dedicated husband and father, he actively supports youth athletics. When teaching, he coached junior high school football and track, and currently coaches his daughter's youth basketball team. When you can't find him, he may be enjoying fishing or other outdoor sports. BACK
